Dr. Stefano Cozza has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on district heating and cooling systems. He has led numerous projects in Europe, driving innovation and efficiency in energy infrastructure.

Together with Manuel, Dr. Cozza has developed a comprehensive approach to decarbonising building portfolios, combining technical expertise with operational excellence.

Manuel spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs structuring some of Europe's largest energy and infrastructure transactions. He saw firsthand why most building decarbonisation projects stall: heavy CAPEX, bespoke engineering, and bills that stay high.

Florian is Head of Treasury and Investor Relations at Swiss Prime Site, Switzerland's largest real estate company. He oversees the company's financing strategy, managing large-scale real estate financing projects that encompass a broad range of equity and debt instruments. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Goldman Sachs with responsibility for the bank's real estate financings.
