Termaloop integrates three proven technologies into a circular system.
Ground Source Heat Pumps
Installed at each building to extract and inject heat from the Shared Thermal Network, delivering heating and cooling at 4–5x the efficiency of conventional systems.
Shared Thermal Network
A low-temperature distribution loop connecting buildings and energy sources, such as ground heat, enabling heat to flow where it's needed and balancing loads across the portfolio.
Rooftop Solar PV (optional)
On-site generation with smart controls to maximise self-consumption and minimise grid costs.
The Commercial Model
